How to add an App System User for permission limitation
When we are using Advanced options while copying, for the suffix, we will need to add the app as a user, as mentioned below in the restricted space.
Error user can experience an error similar to the one shown below:
How to add the App System User as a workaround to resolve the permission issue
Step 1: Go to the space/page restriction section on the top right.
Step 2: Add the app (Copy Page Tree) from the dropdown and click the Share button to provide access to the restricted content.
When using Advanced options while copying, to add a suffix, you’ll need to add the app as a user as mentioned above in the restricted space.
