Publishing using the workflow final state filter in the publishing report

Overview

a space administrator can choose to publish selected pages in the publishing report. When a workflow is active on pages in the space, the report can be filtered using the Final workflow filter and published using the Publish option in the report.

When the final workflow state filter is applied, the space administrator can publish all pages in the workflow final state using the Publish option in the publishing report.

You can use the Final workflow state filter in combination with the Publishing state and the page Title filters to target pages for publishing. This lets the space administrator publish only the necessary pages while maintaining workflow integrity.
