Notifications

Configuration of notifications for Comala Document Control events are configured in global administration.

Each user can choose the settings for in-app notifications for Comala Document Control workflow state changes on pages they are watching.

Read Assignments

Any assigned Read Confirmations are listed for the user in the Read Assignments tab.

Approvals

Pending approvals assigned to the user are listed in Document Actions tab.

Signing Token

If the user has set up an authentication app to generate signing tokens for reviewer identity authentication the current status is displayed in the Signing Token tab.

If the signing token is active the tab lists:

confirmation that the set up as complete.
signing token creation date
signing expiration date.

If the authentication app is not active the tab displays the steps to set up the app.
