Workflow status
Overview
When a workflow is applied to a page or blog post, the state content byline item is added to the page or blog post:
Workflow state
The name of the current state of the page is shown next to a colored status indicator circle. In the example, this is Review.
You can click the state link to open the workflow state dialog box.
Any user with Edit permission can approve or reject the content. If you assign one or more specific users using +Add Reviewer, only these users are able to approve or reject the content, and all assigned reviewers must agree on the approval decision before the review is complete and a transition to the next workflow state occurs.
If the circle on the content byline is filled, it means you, as the current viewer of the document, are assigned to a content review.
