Read confirmation dialog box

Overview

When a read confirmation has been added, a read confirmation dialog box can be accessed using the read confirmation icon

in the page header.

Or if at least one reader has confirmed, the dialog box can be opened using the read confirmation page footer breadcrumb.

The read confirmation dialog box lets you keep track of the progress of the read confirmations.

The contents of the dialog box change to reflect the current state of read confirmations:

Overall status of read confirmation as pending, overdue, or completed
Reader confirmation status, and if complete, this includes the:
- Document version
- Time of the confirmation
Due date (if added) for completion of the requested read confirmation
