Our team is thrilled to announce the latest release of Configuration Manager for Jira (CMJ), version 9.0.2.

Jira compatibility: Versions 9.12.27 - 11.3.2

Enhancements

Support for Jira 11.3.2, JSM 11.3.2

Configuration Manager for Jira is now compatible with the newly released version of Jira 11.3.2 and Jira Service Management (JSM) 11.3.2.

Two distinct CMJ versions

From CMJ 9.0.0 onward, the supported versions will become two distinct ones: one will support Jira 11.0.0 and later, while the other will support Jira 9.12.27 to 10.7.4. Jira will automatically detect and install the appropriate version for you, so there are no extra steps involved in this change.

Enhanced Agile Hive handling

Improved the way Configuration Manager for Jira handles Agile Hive custom fields and how it parses them during migration.

Enhanced Jira logs

Configuration Manager for Jira now scans plugins compiled with Java 11 more effectively, and Jira log messages have been enhanced to provide clearer information.

Support for Power Admin for Jira 4.0.2

Configuration Manager for Jira is now compatible with the newly released version of Power Admin for Jira 4.0.2.

Support for Integrity Check for Jira 9.0.2

Configuration Manager for Jira is now compatible with the newly released version of Integrity Check for Jira 9.0.2.

Bug fixes

Configuration skipping

All issue type schemes, priority schemes, workflow schemes, and field configurations that could previously be skipped during migration are now unskippable. This change prevents potential deployment issues and helps keep configurations clean and consistent after deployment.
