This guide will show you how to use the app with Google shared drives. Ensure the Google account you have logged in to has access to the desired shared drive.
Embedding a File or Folder from a Shared drive
In the Confluence page edit mode, create a Drive macro.
In the window, click Browse.
You may be requested to log in to your Google account. After logging in, the Google file selection window will appear.
Click on the Team Drives tab to display your Team Drives folders.
Click Select or double-click on the file/folder you want to embed in the Confluence page.
Adjust the Height (in pixels) or Width (in percentage) of the embedded document, then click Save.
Publish the page and the document from your Google Drive will be embedded on the Confluence page.
