Updated our Java API and REST API

Added user reports in our JAVA API to:

  • retrieve the Maximum, Minimum and Average time elapsed in a specific state

  • retrieve the Maximum, Minimum and Average time an assignee took to approve (not reject) any approval

  • retrieve the Maximum, Minimum and Average time elapsed for a specific Approval

Added new endpoints in our REST API to:

  • retrieve the Maximum, Minimum and Average time elapsed in a specific state

  • retrieve the Maximum, Minimum and Average time an assignee took to approve (not reject) any approval

  • retrieve the Maximum, Minimum and Average time elapsed for a specific Approval
