Edit Parameters - page tools
Overview
Use this feature to inspect and edit your workflow parameter values in your applied page workflow.
This option is only available when:
The workflow is applied in page mode, and
One or more workflow parameters are added to the workflow and are configured as editable
Edit a page parameter
Choose Edit Parameters to open the edit parameters dialog box
Each editable workflow parameter is displayed with the options for changing its value.
Choose Save to update the workflow parameter(s) value for the content.
In some instances, the updated value can only be accessed by the workflow after a workflow action, such as a transition.
Workflow parameter values for a space workflow are editable by the space administrator in the space Parameters screen:
The page tools Edit Parameters option is not displayed when the workflow is applied in space mode
In space mode, if the workflow parameter value is set as editable, a user is able to amend its value as part of the workflow setup prompt on applying a space workflow
