Document activity report - workflow state dialog box
Overview

Use this feature to display a report of all workflow activity on the page.
Viewing the report
The Document Activity Report is accessed from the menu in the workflow state dialog box.
Here's what it looks like:
The document activity report can also be accessed using the page tools menu.
The document activity report can be filtered using the buttons on the report
Date by setting a time period using the calendar options
Type of document of activity action, including document activities related to states, approvals, read confirmations, and page edits
Actor to filter by one or users who undertook a workflow document action
Participants to filter by one or more users who are identified in the document action (for example, users who are approval assignees but have not yet undertaken a review decision)
States to filter by workflow state
After installing Comala Document Management Data Center v7 or later, if the space is not upgraded to use document activity, the legacy page activity report is displayed.
