Migration Enhancements
Translating the rememberAssignee approval parameter
The workflow translator now translates the rememberAssignee approval parameter when migrating workflows to Comala Document Management Data Center to Cloud.
Translation support for “initial” and “pagecreated” trigger event
We’ve improved the workflow translator to support the cloud firstLoop implementation during Server/Data Center migrations. The migration is now fully supported, and pages created in Cloud correctly interact with the new trigger actions.
The translator now,
Converts the “initial” trigger condition to “firstLoop” in cloud.
Translates the “pagecreated” trigger event to the workflow’s initial state and applies firstLoop=true.
Add “visitedStates” list to current state migration
We’ve updated the migration process to include a new visitedStates list in the currentState data.
The migrated current state now includes a visitedStates field containing the names of all states the page has visited.
