Apply workflows
Comala Document Management workflows can be applied at both the space and page levels:
Page workflows
A page editor can apply a workflow to an individual page or blog post.
Space workflows
A space administrator can apply a workflow across all pages and blog posts in a space. A space administrator can also activate multiple space workflows and use content labels to control how each workflow is applied to specific documents
A global administrator can also configure a global workflow template to be automatically applied when a new space is created using a space category workflow. However, the space administrator can choose to remove this global workflow template from the space.
