Confluence Data Center compatibility: v8.5.15 - 9.3.1

Migration to Confluence Cloud updates

Migration from your hosted instance to the Cloud now requires a minimum of v7.8.0

Before migrating to Confluence Cloud, you must upgrade your Comala Document Management for Data Center app to at least version 7.8.0.

Support for the migration of the workflow data for the current state

In addition to the current workflow state, the migrated data includes the following state elements (if present)

• state due date

• assignees of any approvals in the state

• status of each assignee in each approval

  • approved

  • rejected

  • pending

• the byline link to the last approved version of the page

Bug fixes

The following issues are fixed in this release:

• the timezone set by the user was not taken into account in the document activity and report macros

• resolved an issue in the workflow builder that caused an error when adding user or group values as readers for a read confirmation

• fixed an issue in the workflow builder that prevented the addition of a condition to an approval

Migration bug fixes

The following migration to cloud issues are fixed in this release:

• fixed the following issues in the workflow translator for the cloud

  • recipients included in the address field of the send-email macro were not being translated

  • incorrectly displayed an unsupported element message for some macro parameters even though they were successfully translated in the cloud-compatible template
