Approval status
Overview
When Comala Document Approval is applied to a page or blog post, the Content byline item is added to the page or blog post:
Approval status
The name of the current state of the page is shown next to a colored status indicator circle.
In the example below, this is Review
You can click this state content byline item to open the approval state dialog box.
Any user with Edit permission can approve or reject the content. If you assign a specific user using the Add reviewer option, only this assigned user is able to approve or reject the content.
Choose the ellipsis menu in the approval state dialog box to view the Activity Report for the page.
