User notifications of approval state changes
Individual users can configure in their profile whether to be notified of changes to approval states for pages they are watching.
To configure in-app notifications for watched pages:
Click your image profile icon
Choose the Settings tab
From the Your Settings sidebar, select Comala Document Approval Settings option
Choose Edit
Check or clear the box for In App notifications for watched pages
Choose Submit for the setting to be updated
Approval notification emails to approval assignees when they are assigned an approval on a page or added as a reader can be configured for the instance in the app global administration, or for each space in the app space configuration.
