Page tools menu
Overview
The Page Tools menu can be accessed from any page or blog post by clicking the three-dot button ( ) in the top-right corner of the screen.
There are three approval-related links:
When the approval is applied across the space, only the Document Activity option is displayed.
From the page tools menu, you can also choose to export in PDF or Word. These exports respect draft versus approved state restrictions. When exporting a document in a draft state, the state name is displayed under the page title in the exported file.
