Report macros
Overview
You can add one or more Comala report macros to your content to create workflow information dashboards for your users
Report macros
- Page Activity macro — Display recent page workflow activity on a page
- Page Status macro — Displays the current workflow state for the current page on the page.
- Document States Report macro — Display on a page the Document Approval workflow state information from content across one or more spaces, including options to filter to specific states, spaces, parent page, label, space
- Document Stats Report macro — Displays on a page the count for content in each workflow state
- Document Approvals Report macro — Configurable page report macro displaying information for current approvals in progress including assignees and approvers
- Document Actions Report macro — Report page macro displays pending approvals information for a given user - from v2.2.0+
- Approval Workflow Report macro — Legacy report macro that can be configured to report on workflow states or workflow approvals or tasks.
The reporting system in Comala Document Approval has been improved for better user experience and performance. We recommend using the new set of page report macros, which offer improved performance and filtering.
The legacy approval workflow report macro still works, but we do not provide support or fix related bugs. Transitioning to the new report macros ensures optimal performance.
