Done/Resolved Tickets in last 7 Days
Report Purpose: Create a weekly report to that shows all issues that are resolved in the last 7 days.
Instructions
The report is created using Reports and Timesheets for Jira add-on
Go to Jira > Reports and Timesheets > Reports > My Reports > Create new Report.
The Report Designer interface opens when you create a report using a template or build one from scratch. To create a new report, click Create new Report. For more information, refer to Report Templates.
List type of Report is selected by default.
Click on the “+” symbol on the fields in the fields selector on the left to add them to the report
Project: Project Name
Click on the cog icon in the field name to open the Field Settings
Click on Group results by this field checkbox to see results grouped by Project Name.
Common: Issue Key and Summary
Common: Priority
Dates: Resolved
Click on the cog icon in the field name to open the Field Settings
In the Filter section, click on the green add rule button “+ Rule” and enter filter as shown in the image below.
Common: Time to Resolve (Business)
Click on “Run” to see the results
