Automation rules
You can now automate repetitive tasks in Assets and Inventory Plugin for Jira Cloud with Automation Rules. This new feature helps streamline asset management by triggering actions based on asset changes without manual effort.
Key highlights:
Create up to 50 automation rules to handle asset-related workflows.
Trigger Jira automation webhooks using asset properties as dynamic variables.
Automate asset updates; for example, automatically creating a Jira issue when an asset is modified.
Navigate to Settings > Automation Rules in the Assets and Inventory Plugin and create your first rule!
