Add collection contributors
Overview
The creator of a collection (the Collection Manager) manages the Confluence users and user groups who can
add snapshots to a collection (as a collection contributor)
Both the collection contributors and collection viewers are able to view the collection and the added snapshot documents.
Only the user who created collection - the Collection Manager - is able to give a user permission to view or contribute to the collection.
Add collection contributors
Collection contributor permissions are added by the collection manager in the space snapshot publishing dashboard when
creating a new collection using the Add Collection option
editing an existing collection in the space using the Edit option in the collection ellipsis menu
By default, when creating a new collection, all users in the instance can view and contribute to the collection (public access). Adding a user or user group as a viewer or a contributor restricts that collection permission to the specified user(s).
