Bug fixes

Issues causing the migration from server to cloud to fail

The following issues, causing the migration status to be Incomplete, are fixed in this release:

  • when a page version is missing from the page in the target space of Confluence server or data center, the migration failed as a publishingTimestamp field was empty

When the publishingTimestamp does not exist in the publishing manifest, the migration data now uses the creation date of the linked Confluence page.

  • when a page that only existed in the Confluence server or data center target space, was migrated to the target space in Confluence Cloud, it was created with a publishing status of NEW, and the migration failed. The Comala Publishing Cloud app does not assign a publishing status to pages created in a target space in cloud.

When migration data includes a page in Confluence server or data center that only exists in the target space, the publishing data of that page is not included in the migration.
