Introduction to ACLI
How Appfire CLI (ACLI) enables automation across applications
Appfire CLI (ACLI), formerly known as Atlassian CLI, is a suite of command-line interfaces (CLIs) designed for various Atlassian and other applications.
ACLI provides a consistent and reliable automation platform for advanced users, administrators, scriptwriters, and DevOps developers. It enables you to efficiently complete tasks, automate business processes, and streamline workflows across popular applications.
ACLI simplifies interactions with applications by using their remote APIs and offering a higher-level, client-based API that is easier to use than the underlying product APIs.
ACLI clients
A client refers to the ACLI support for a specific app, such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or Slack. All clients are included in ACLI distributions.
