7pace Timetracker's Monthly view has been enhanced, making it easier to access important information and increase overall readability. Now, from Monthly view, Jira issues displayed on the calendar are color-coded by type: Red - for bugs, Green - for stories, Blue - for tasks, and Purple - for Epics. In addition, after selecting a date on the calendar, there are two views available in the right-hand pane: Stacked and Timeframe. The Stacked view displays a list of worklogs from the current day. Click Timeframe to view worklogs on a daily calendar. The Edit, Delete, and Duplicate features are available in both Stacked and Timeframe view. In previous versions, time entries were displayed inline on the calendar. In summary, it is now easier to identify the Jira issue type associated with specific worklogs in Monthly view. Also, the Stacked and Timeframe display options are available when selecting a date in Monthly view.

Timepicker enhancements

7pace Timetracker's timepickers can be used to add time to existing worklogs, or to combine time and apply the correct duration. Both of these enhancements can be seen in the following video:

7pace Timetracker's timepickers can be used to add time to existing worklogs, or to combine time to apply the correct duration. To illustrate this feature, let's open an existing worklog in Monthly view. Click the Edit button. Here, we see the current duration is two hours. However, assume the actual timeframe spent on this worklog is four hours. Simply click the +2h button and the Duration field updates. Next, let's log time on a new issue. In the Add Time window, assume we spent 3 1/2 hours working on the issue. Click two hours, one hour and .5 hours to quickly set the total duration. To summarize, 7pace Timetracker's timepickers can be used to quickly add and edit the worklog duration field.

Private views

7pace Timetracker's private views increase productivity by providing quick access to your preferred report configurations. Review the following video for details:

7pace Timetracker's private views increase productivity by providing quick access to your preferred report configurations. Let's take a look at how this feature works. To begin, open the Times Explorer. In the upper right-hand corner, note that we are currently looking at the "Default view." Now, let's make a change. Click the filter button and specify that we only want to see issues from the Hybrid project. Now, in the upper right-hand corner, open the view drop-down and click Save as new view. Enter a name for the new view and click Save layout. Now, you can quickly toggle between the default view and worklogs in the Hybrid project. Next, let's assume that we want to save another private view. With the Hybrid time tracking view active, click Group by and select Key from the drop-down menu. To save this view, click the drop-down in the upper right-hand corner. Here, we can either update the existing Hybrid time tracking private view, or click Save as new view. Note that when you move from the Times Explorer to another page, for example Monthly, and then back to the Times Explorer, the last view remains current. To delete a view, simply click the delete button to the right of the view name. Note that there is an Undo option that displays in the lower right-hand corner, just in case the private view was deleted by accident. To summarize, 7pace Timetracker includes the ability to create private views. These views in the Times Explorer increase productivity by providing quick access to your preferred report configurations.
