Using the PDF Exporter for monday.com

Once you've installed the app, you must follow a few simple steps to convert your monday workdoc into a PDF.

For detailed step by step procedure, see below:

  1. Log in to your monday.com account and open the document you want to export.

  2. Select any text within the document, and right-click on the selected text. Click the Puzzle icon from the toolbar and choose the PDF Exporter monday.com from the list.

    Alternatively, you can click Add in the top left corner of your document and select More options. Under the Explore tab, click Apps and select PDF Exporter for monday.com.

  3. Choose the document layout: Before you export the document, you need to choose the layout—select the Portrait or Landscape option from the dropdown. The document will be exported according to the selected layout. Click Export, and your document will now be exported to PDF.

    Once the export is done, the PDF file automatically opens in a new tab. You can also download a copy of your document on your device if required.

  4. Document style: Our PDF exporter ensures that the style elements (such as document layout, background color and pattern, font style and size, etc, you chose in your monday document are preserved in the exported version. Configure these styles from the Style menu of your work document. Your exported PDF will preserve all the formatting you applied to your exported PDF document.



  5. You can also export documents with list content, including bulleted lists, emojis, numbered lists, images, checklists, and more.

You can pin the PDF Exporter app to access it quickly from the toolbar. Click More Options > Pin to menu.
