To import an SLA configuration:
1. Click on Time to SLA in the header menu to see the TTS menu.
2. Go to Import/Export > Import JSM SLAs.
3. Select the SLAs that you want to import, then click Next.
4. Create a new calendar for your calendars or select one of the existing ones.
5. Create a new calendar for your calendars or select one of the existing ones.
6. Click Import.
7. Wait for the import process to complete.
8. See the import results.
