\uD83C\uDF31 Solution

First, it is important to confirm that the AzureDevOps instance URL is a Cloud environment and not a server URL. If the URL is from an Azure DevOps server, the /wiki/spaces/TFS4JIRA/pages/148177797 app should be used instead of the TFS4JIRA Cloud-native app.

If the AzureDevOps instance is Cloud, then ensure that the new URL format is being used.

  • https://dev.azure.com/{organization} (new)

  • https://{organization}.visualstudio.com (legacy)
