Depending on your permissions, you can also see the rich filters defined by other users and shared with you.

To complete this tutorial, you should have created at least one rich filter, or at least one rich filter should have been shared with you.

  1. Open the Issues menu at the top of the screen and select the Manage Rich Filters option

  2. You can see the rich filters displayed on the page you just opened (the Manage Rich Filters page).

You can use the Find a Rich filter to find them by name or an administrator’s username.

  1. Open the configuration page of any rich filter simply by clicking on its name.

  2. You can return to the Manage Rich Filters page by clicking on the Rich Filters link at the top left of your screen, above the name of the rich filter you just opened.
