Overview

  • Docs+ lets you find and share Confluence content directly from Slack without switching contexts.

  • You can find and share content using the Docs Plus Application Home tab, Global Actions, and Slash Commands.

Find and Share Content Using the Application Home Tab

  1. Navigate to the Home tab of the Docs Plus application.

  2. In the Find and Share section, Click Search.

  3. Begin typing the name of the Space, Page, or Blog you want to share.

  4. Click Share.

  5. Select the User or Channel you want to send the content to.

  6. Click Share.

Find and Share Content Using a Global Action

  1. In Slack, click theicon below the message field.

  2. Type Find a Confluence page.

  3. Click Find a Confluence page...

  4. Begin typing the name of the Space, Page, or Blog you want to share.

  5. Click Share.

  6. Select the User or Channel you want to send the content to.

  7. Click Share.

Find and Share Content Using a Slash Command

  1. In Slack, type the slash command /docs-plus search to find the Space, Page, or Blog you want to share.

    1. You can also use /docs-plus share, which allows you to find the Space Page or Blog you want to share.

  2. Begin typing the name of the Space, Page, or Blog you want to share.

  3. Select the User or Channel you want to send the content to.

  4. Click Share.
