This article explains how to exclude the header row in a table that is rendered from a JIRA API using JSON table macro of Advanced Tables for Confluence 

Instructions

  1. Log in to Confluence 
  2. Insert JSON table macro on the page
  3. Refer to the example given in Building a Simple Table from Rest API Data 
  4. Edit the macro, under Row Formatting select Header & Footer rows
