  1. Log into your JIRA instance as an admin.
  2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Manage apps. 
    The Manage add-ons screen loads.
  3. Click Find new apps from the left-hand side of the page.
  4. Locate Assets and Inventory Plugin for JIRA via search. 
    The appropriate add-on version appears in the search results. 

  1. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Assets and Inventory Plugin for JIRA. 
    You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. Assets and Inventory Plugin for JIRA begins to download.
  2. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
  3. Click Apply license. 
    If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your JIRA instance.
