Use the Board link to specify which Jira Scrum Boards are used by your Teams. This way, each time you add a new synchronized Box, the App can automatically create sprints on that Board. To learn more about synchronization, go to Scope definition.

The drop-down shows a list of previously created Jira Scrum Boards:
