Swanly offers access to plan releases across multiple Jira projects in one portfolio roadmap. On the roadmap, you can visualize work in many ways, including various filter and grouping options, different zoom levels, drag & drop movements.

Navigation on the roadmap

Once you created and scheduled your releases, you can continue working with them on the roadmap.

👉 More on how to create and schedule releases

  1. Drag’n’drop - use this action to horizontally navigate through a different period of time

  2. Scroll - use vertical scrolling to view all the projects on the roadmap

  3. Zoom levels - zoom in and out on the timeline (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and bi-yearly)

  4. Back to Today - use this button to return to the current date

Filters

Swanly roadmap filters allow you to track only the necessary release setup, leaving away what you don’t need. Click on the magnifying glass icon in the roadmap navbar to expand available filters.

  1. Search - filter and show on the timeline only releases that match the search query

  2. Project - filter out releases only from the project you need, or cross-project release

  3. Template - filter out releases with a certain template assigned

  4. Status - sort out releases with unnecessary status, for example, avoid items with Released status to display (my personal favorite(smile) )

Grouping options

Click on the Grouping icon in the roadmap navbar to expand available grouping options. The app allows you to group and plan your releases by Project, Template, or even Status.
