Description

Project or component default assignee for issues. For projects, default is unassigned with options: PROJECT_LEAD or UNASSIGNED (blank). For components, default is PROJECT_DEFAULT with options: PROJECT_LEAD, PROJECT_DEFAULT, COMPONENT_LEAD or UNASSIGNED (blank).
