After connecting the app to Workplace and installing the Workplace app, you can choose to customize the bot's name and logo. The default name is "Connector for Workplace and Jira", and the default app logo is used.
Navigate to the Admin Panel > Integrations > Click on Connector for Workplace and Jira.
Click Customize.
From here, you will be able to change the Integration Name and also change the icon of the bot via Upload Logo.
Click Save to continue. This will change the bot's name in chats.
