Appfire time tracking feature does not appear on the issue page

Description

When installing the Reports and Timesheet for Jira app on the cloud or migrating the Reports and Timesheet app from server/DC to the cloud, the Appfire tracking feature of Reports and Timesheet for Jira does not appear directly on the issue page as it does in server/DC installations.

Resolution

In order to display time tracking information on the issue, it needs to be enabled. Follow the given instructions to do so:

  1. Navigate to Time Tracking Issue and select Appfire time tracking as shown in the below screenshot.

  2. After performing the above, go to any issue to see the Appfire Tracking option as shown in the below screenshot.

Ensure necessary permissions to make these changes.
