Creating an SLA Summary Report

1. Go to SLA Reports.

2. Click Report Type and select SLA Summary Report.

3. Select Filter Type to limit the scope of your issues by utilizing either Project, JQL, or Issue Filters.

When filtering for your report, you cannot use slaFunctions for JQL search. Instead, click the ➕More button to narrow down your SLAs in the report.

4. Select the SLAs you want to generate the report for. Keep in mind that the menu displays all of your SLAs, both enabled and disabled. Leave blank to include them all.

5. Customize the report to your needs by selecting ➕ More, Format, and/or adding Columns.

6. Click Generate to create your Summary Report.

7. That’s it! 🎉 The report will now be accessible from the list below. Here is an example:
