Synchronizing data between Jira and Salesforce

This video guides you through various features involving synchronizing data between Jira and Salesforce.

We'll start by pulling data from a Jira Issue so that the Salesforce case that it's associated with will have the latest data from Jira. Then, we'll edit the Salesforce case with an update of our own, and push that new data back to Jira. Finally, we'll add a Salesforce comment and see how it appears in Jira.
