Welcome to Time to SLA! We’re happy to see you here. This page contains step-by-step instructions on how to set up Time to SLA for Jira Cloud.

How to set up Time to SLA for Jira Cloud:

  1. Log into your Jira Cloud instance as an admin.

  2. Click the admin dropdown menu and choose Apps. The Find new apps screen will load.

  3. Find Time to SLA via search.

  4. Click Install to download and install your app.
