Notification schemes and their usage
Power Admin for Jira allows you to find any notification scheme in your configuration and shows all the projects it is assigned to.
Find notification schemes
To find a notification scheme:
On Power Admin's Landing page, select Notification Scheme from the drop-down, type a name or ID, and start your search.
On the Search results page, click on the name of a notification scheme. You can filter further the notification schemes by usage in projects.
Then, the notification scheme’s profile page appears.
Search results
The page with search results shows the following information for each notification scheme:
Name and id of the notification scheme - you can search for a notification scheme by its name or ID.
Projects - shows a count of the projects associated with the notification scheme. When you click on the project count lozenge, you could view a list of all the projects.

In the configuration, a notification scheme can be associated with a project from the Project settings->Notifications in the Jira UI. And then, this relation is detected and presented to you by Power Admin.
Notification scheme's profile page
Using the profile page, you could view a list of the projects where the notification scheme is present in the project configuration.
Usage information
The Summary section shows the count of the projects associated with the notification scheme. You can click on the count to view a list of the projects.
The Details section of the profile page shows details of the projects to which the notification scheme is assigned. You can then navigate, if you want to, to the profile page of each project. A notification scheme can be associated with a project from the Project settings->Notifications in the Jira UI.
Actions
The following actions are available for notification schemes:
Rename - You can click on the name of a notification scheme to rename it. Rename is a safe activity, which means that the notification scheme's name will be updated in all dependent configuration elements referring to it by name.
Configure - redirects you to the notification scheme's configuration page in Jira.
Edit - redirects you to the notification scheme's edit page in Jira.
Delete - allows you to delete the notification scheme without leaving Power Admin.
Copy - redirects you to the notification scheme's copy page in Jira.
Export - exports the issue type's usage information in a CVS file.
