Electronic Signature Fields
Electronic Signature Fields app contains custom fields for checking user credentials. This means that the user needs to enter valid credentials when editing a ticket. This prevents unauthorized actions on issues.
The app enables you to check user credentials according to technical elements of Electronic Signature Fields that defines the criteria under which electronic records and electronic signatures are considered trustworthy, reliable, and equivalent to paper records. Besides there are searchers for fields that enable you to filter issues by users who signed the field.
Logged User Validator Field
This field validates username and password of a system user according to Title 21 CFR Part 11.
User Validator Field
This field validates password of a current logged user according to Title 21 CFR Part 11.
Issue Signs Information
The Issue Activity panel shows information on everyone who signed the ticket.
Title 21 CFR Part 11
Is the part of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations that establishes the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations on electronic records and electronic signatures (ERES). Part 11, as it is commonly called, defines the criteria under which electronic records and electronic signatures are considered trustworthy, reliable, and equivalent to paper records (Title 21 CFR Part 11 Section 11.1 (a)).
