Once a survey is sent and the recipient fills it out, you will get information about the survey in the ticket and in the Survey Feedback report.

Survey information in the ticket

The ticket shows the Survey Feedback rating and Survey Feedback tab.

Make sure you have relevant permissions to view the data.

The ticket shows the rating and the comment if you configure your surveys to ask for that comment.

Note that according to Atlassian there are two options for the panel in the ticket glance display when you open a ticket:

  1. New display hides the panel, and you need to click on it to see the results.
  2. Old display makes the panel visible immediately. To enable this view, add ?oldIssueView=true to your URL. As a result, you will see the information on the ticket age without any additional clicks. Our examples use the old issue view for instance.

Here is how the ticket looks like when there is no survey feedback yet.

Survey Feedback report

  1. From Jira home, go to your Projects.
  2. Select the necessary project and on the left panel click Survey Feedback.

This is it! Enjoy your survey statistics, you can export the report to CSV or copy data for further working with it.

And let us know if there is another report that you might be interested in having. You can always submit a feature request in our support portal.
