Additional functions empower you to automate routine tasks.
- To create new post function go to Jira Administration > Issues > Workflows.
- Click Workflows. Click Edit for certain Project you'd like to add post function to.
- Select Diagram view.
- Select the transition you'd like to add post function to and click. Configuration panel appears. Select Post Functions.
- Click Add post function.
- Select post function you'd like. Click Add.
- Provide details. Click Add.
- To save changes, click Publish Draft.
- That's it. Now the saved settings are processed after the transition occurs.
