Create a session
The first thing you need to do to start using the plugin is creating a planning session.
When creating a session you can decide to have all participants equal or run a session with Scrum Master. In the latter case only Scrum Master will be able to select active issue and fill in estimates. You also select participants that will be able to join. You can run multiple sessions for a given board and they will be totally separate.
Remember that you still need to invite participants via email or instant messaging as Agile Poker for JIRA will not send out invitations.
Estimate issues
Once participants joined it is trivial to vote for issues.
