Overview
Page Approval for Confluence Cloud moved to a premium paid app model in October 2024. We are implementing a license check to ensure license compliance. Users with older versions of the app will need to review their app subscription and the related pricing.
License check implementation
We have implemented a license for all users, regardless of the app version. All app users, irrespective of the version, will be subject to the paid app licensing subscription.
Impact
Users of older versions of the app will be subject to the paid app licensing subscription. This might stop your app from functioning if you have exceeded the trial period or the number of users in your Confluence cloud instance is more than 10.
Benefits
The change to a paid app enables us to continue providing you with high-quality service and innovative features while supporting the long-term sustainability and growth of the app.
Mitigation
You need to check the paid app subscription model for the app in your Confluence Cloud instance.
Pricing is based on the number of users in your Confluence Cloud. The monthly subscription for Page Approval Cloud for up to 10 users is free.
