Configuration view contains a list of defined synchronization profiles with some basic information such as:
Profile name
Status – enabled/disabled/draft
Last run – date and time of last synchronization run
Last successful run – date and time of last successful (i.e. errorless) run
Synchronization errors – how many errors has been recorder for the profile; you can click the number to navigate to errors list view (see Viewing and managing errors log for more details)
For each profile there is a set of operation available – click on Cog icon to select on of the following:
Enable / Disable
- Check-ins Scanning – takes you to Check-ins scanning configuration page
- Initial Synchronization – go to the Initial Synchronization screen,
Edit – go to profile edit form (see Creating a synchronization profile for more details),
Clone - create a new synchronization profile based on existing one,
Delete
Profiles that are drafts or disabled are greyed out.
