Update on Transition for Jira, version 5.0.0, includes the following improvements and fixes.
Support for migration to Jira Cloud
Do you want to use some of the most effective workflow configurations from your Server/Data Center instance on a Cloud instance as well? Release 5.0 offers our Update on Transition for Jira Server/Data Center customers the ability to migrate their data to Jira Cloud via Create on Transition for Jira Cloud and Atlassian's Jira Cloud Migration Assistant. You can now migrate Update on Transition for Jira’s global configuration, post function, and conditioned validator from Jira Server/Data Center to Cloud.
On your source Server/Data Center instance, simply upgrade Update on Transition to version 5.0.0, ensure the latest version of the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant is installed, and at a click of a button, seamlessly migrate all your app configurations (that have Cloud support).

Bug Fixes
This release is compatible with Jira Server/Data Center 8.0.0 - 8.22.0.
