You can define an unlimited number of credentials within the Easy Integrations app for global reusability. By centralizing credentials, you streamline management and avoid updating usernames/passwords across multiple post functions.

On this page:

Access Credential settings

  1. On the Manage apps screen, navigate to the EASY INTEGRATIONS MENU.

  2. Select Settings (EI).

  3. From the top bar, click Credentials.

Create credential

You can define as many credentials as you want. To do that, follow these steps:

  1. Click Create new credential.

  2. Select the Authorization type. There are four types:

    1. Basic: Requires a username and password for authentication.

    2. Bearer: Uses a token for authentication.

    3. Oauth: Implements the OAuth protocol for delegated access.

    4. Oauth2: Implements the OAuth 2.0 protocol for enhanced security and flexibility.

  3. Provide a descriptive name for the credential.

  4. Enter the required details based on the chosen type (e.g., username, password, token, OAuth configuration).

  5. Save the credential.
