First / Last Resolved User Custom Field

The resolution user is the user who changes an issue's resolution field from EMPTY to any value. 

To create a First/Last Resolved User Custom Field

  • Navigate to Apps > Enhancer Plugin Menu > Custom Field Configuration and go to the User/Group Fields tab.
  • Click on the Add New User/Group Custom Field button and select Resolved User.

  • Fill in the dialog box:

    • Create a name for the custom field.
    • Specify First or Last as the issue can be resolved multiple times.
    • Enable Clear when re-opened flag if you want the field to be cleared when the issue is reopened.
  • And then click on the Add Custom Field button. That's it.


This custom field can be used to sort or search in issue navigator.


Do not forget to add this custom field to appropriate screens.

The issues which are updated after this custom field was created, will be automatically updated, and they will reflect the correct value. However, you will need to re-generate for already existing issues if there is no update.
