This article explains the limit that can be set for pulling a maximum number of issues from each data source connection. This recommendation is helpful for Jira instances with a large number of issues.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Jira and navigate
  2. Navigate to the global navigation Menu (on the top) → AIO Power BI → My Connector URLs → Administration → App Settings.
  3. Set the limit for the option Maximum number of issues that can be pulled by each data source connection (leave blank for no limit) as 10000 and Save it.
