Getting Started with Comala Lists

Add label list columns using the list macro

• add the list macro to a page

• edit the list macro to add a list of labels to be used to check the pages

These labels can be existing content labels or labels you want to use for the content.

In the example each team page has an existing label(s) indicating the organisational role of the team members

• executive

• product management

• developers

• hr human resources

• marketing

A list column is added for each comma separated label that is added to Checklist labels. The column title is the label name.

For each linked row page the list columns will show where the labels (added to Checklist labels) are present .

Each label list column entry can be toggled to either add or remove the label for the row page. This will add/remove the label to/from the linked Confluence page.
